Jim is an accomplished and experienced organizational leader with 16+ years of operations and strategic leadership and program management experience.
As a management consultant, he advised clients in program and project management, project and operations analysis, task scheduling and execution, procurement, process design, resource management, budgeting, cost modeling and tracking, and risk analysis and mitigation.
Prior to that, he was an active duty Navy Officer, completing multiple roles that culminated with two positions with progressive responsibility as the Operations Department Head aboard two different ships. He completed five deployments to Central and South America, the Middle East, and the Western Pacific. He is still an active reservist and has held multiple operations roles in support of the THIRD Fleet Commander based in San Diego, CA.
He has an MBA from the top-ranked University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in Operations Management, Strategic Management, and Entrepreneurship and holds the Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
